The Opera Lab's winter session will be offered February 13-17, 2012, and will perform two 45-minute assemblies daily, at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. (Please indicate any changes to the time of day necessitated by your school’s schedule in the “additional notes” section below and OSB will try to accommodate you!)

The Opera Lab is geared towards students grade 3 to 6. To keep the presentation engaging and interactive it has been designed for no more than about 70 students (2 to 3 classrooms.)

LOCATION OF PRESENTATION

The Opera Lab will come to your school with four singers and an accompanist. Your chosen performance space should be an indoor room large enough to accommodate the students and performers. Please also take into consideration your recess time, or when other children will be entering the location, such as lunchtime or assemblies and consult with your principal and school district about scheduled fire drills.

Your space will need a performance-ready piano for use in the presentation. (If your school does not have a piano, let us know and we will make arrangements for the presentation.)
